Who are your subscribers?

How do I make my payment?

Will I get all the features in the trial period?

Yes, You will get access for all the features and functionalities, no matter which plans you choose.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You can upgrade directly from the dashboard. Otherwise, your account will be downgraded to our free forever plan with limited features.

Can I have single PRO plan for multiple websites?

Unfortunately, we don't support multiple websites under a single PRO plan. You have to purchase an individual plan for every website you possess.

What happens when I cross subscriber's limit in PRO plan?

We will continuously monitor your subscriber's count and your ongoing plan. If subscriber quota limit gets exceeded, we will reach you by any means to inform about upgradation of current PRO plan.

What if I decide to move to a different vendor in future? Will I be able to take my chatbot subscribers with me?

We'll be sad to see you go and Botgento does not believe in any sort of lock-in. But, Facebook messenger platform is not allowing for the adjustment of subscribers. So you won't get subscriber's list along with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can write us at [email protected] We'll cancel your subscription immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We will do best practice to meet with your requirements and be with you all the time in case of any help, and still if you are unhappy with Botgento for whatever reason, we believe a refund is justified.

Can Botgento be implemented on non-secure, http websites?
